Persons wishing to receive a refund must submit their request in writing to our main office with their name, address, and valid daytime telephone number along with a copy of their direct sale ticket confirmation and purchase date to the following address:

*Please be sure to include the reason for your request for a refund. Your request will be processed within 4 weeks of receipt.
*We do not issue refunds for lost direct sales tickets for inclement weather unless tour does not operate. Tours, hours, and prices are subject to change.
